I can't believe that she is 6 months old already! I guess it is true that time really does fly, especially when you have young kids. Anyways, she is doing great although we learned that she had an ear infection, and from what the Dr. said, it looked like she has had it for a while. I felt horrible but you would never have known that she had it, she was a sunny and easy going as ever. Anyways, we got antibiotics for that and she seems even happier if that is possible. So, on to her stats. She weighed in at 17lbs 11oz which puts her at the 73 percentile, she is 27.5inches long and is at the 92 percentile and her head circumference is 43.8cm which is the 79th percentile. She is exactly the same length as KC was at this age but a full 2lbs heavier. Not that we didn't already know that!
She is really enjoying solid foods these days and has had avocado, sweet potato, banana, squash, mango, pears, apples and pumpkin. She hasn't met one that she didn't like so far. She is also drinking a lot of milk--more than KC ever did. She is a growing girl.
She can also sit up like a champ now--very steady and has recently started to babble. Can't wait to hear mama and dada.
