Memorial Day Weekend

This was such a great weekend. We tried really hard to jam pack it with fun things for Kasey since our time just the 3 of us is running out! On Saturday we just basically ran errands and hung out around the house. Sunday we went to the park, the splash pad and then a BBQ with friends.

Sunday Matt wanted to take Kasey out to Canterbury Park to watch some horse races. I wasn't really excited about this in general, much less bringing our 2 year old there.....seemed a little trashy. Apparently I had nothing to worry about, seems as though a lot of people bring their kids to watch the horse races.....and Kasey loved it so I got over it quickly! She loved watching the horses run and when they ran by she would yell "Run! Run!"

Anyways, it was a great weekend. The kind where your kid comes in at the end of the day covered in dirt and exhausted, can't beat that!
