So, as most of you know, it has been unbearably cold here these past couple of weeks so with no opportunity to play outside, sometimes you need to get creative! Last weekend we went to Edinborough Park, an awesome place to spend the day when it is -13 degrees outside. This first picture is Kasey eating a snack with the amazing jungle gym behind her. It is about 8 kid stories tall and has slides and is just amazing. Next time we go, we don't do it 3pm on a Saturday when it is extremely cold outside--it was a zoo in there!

Kasey making a friend in the toddler area. Everything is padded and there are slides and little tunnels to crawl through-she loved it.
Here is a big picture that shows the whole jungle gym--it is huge and you can go in it with your kids or just sit on bleachers and watch them. We will be back!
This is another area of the park where it is just this big open room with a padded floor so no one gets hurt. They have basketball hoops and these cool scooters that they can tool around the room in. I don't have a picture of it but they also have a bounce house. All this for $6!!! When you are married to an accountant, these things matter :)
When you can't get out to a park, something you have to make your own fun! Cushion diving!
We did the helicopter at gymnastics class several weeks ago and she didn't forget, she loves it and asks us to do it all the time!

Hope it warms up soon, we have been to Edinborough Park, the Zoo and the Children's Museum and are running out of ideas!!

That place looks like fun!! We did the Bounce House one day when it was way too cold out - I mean, it was 25 degrees so we had to stay inside :)
I think you all have WAY TOO much fun for one family! Wish I was there.
