Kasey's First Camping Trip

This past weekend we packed up the car and Kasey and headed up to Maplewood State Park in Pelican Rapids to go camping with Grandma and Grandpa Rose, Aunt Karla and Uncle Shawn and cousins Jake and Andy. Because the nights were pretty chilly, dad slept in the tent while mom and Kasey shared a bed in the camper. We had a great time, going for walks and just hanging out by the fire. Unfortunately we only got 1 picture taken before our camera had a run in with a leaky sippy-cup. The sippy-cup won. Fortunately, after a good drying out, the camera is operational. Thought I would post the 1 picture we did take of Kasey basking in the sun:

On the way back we stopped in Alexandria to see Grandma and Grandpa A. But not before we had to stop in Fergus Falls at the Wal-Mart to feed Kasey and then change a poopy diaper. Can't be speedy with a baby in the backseat!

We had a lot of fun but it sure is nice to be back sleeping in our own beds. We can't wait until next summer to do it all over again.
